Hey SI (the website, free prompt pages, newsletter, and the Hey SI Starter Pack) is educational material about using AI coding tools. It isn't professional software engineering, security, legal, financial, or business advice.

The prompts tell AI tools what to do, but AI tools can and do make mistakes. They may produce code that doesn't work, has security holes, leaks secrets, breaks other code, uses outdated libraries, or infringes someone else's rights. Results vary by tool, model, version, settings, and what you type. We don't guarantee any particular result, including that your app will work, be secure, pass review on any platform, or make money.

You're responsible for: - Reviewing and testing everything an AI produces before you rely on it or put it online. - Keeping API keys, passwords, and personal data secure, and backing up your work (the Pack shows you how, but it's still on you). - Following the terms, usage limits, and pricing of the AI tools and hosting services you use. - Complying with laws that apply to the app you build (for example privacy, accessibility, payments, health, or financial rules).

How Hey SI is made

Hey SI's prompts and guides are written, edited, and tested by a human (Matt), with help from AI tools. The SI mascot artwork was created with the help of AI image tools. SI the Yes Bot is a fictional cartoon character, not an AI assistant or product. Chatting with "SI" isn't a feature of the Pack.

Hey SI is an independent project of CanCapperZ LLC (doing business as Hey SI). Hey SI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc. (including Siri), Anysphere/Cursor, Anthropic (Claude, Claude Code), OpenAI (ChatGPT, Codex), Google (Gemini), GitHub/Microsoft (Copilot), Replit, Lovable, StackBlitz/Bolt, Vercel, Netlify, or any other company mentioned. Product names are used only to describe compatibility, and all trademarks belong to their owners. "Hey SI" is our own brand and isn't a reference to any voice assistant.
