Refund Policy

Short version: If the Hey SI Starter Pack doesn't help you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. No questions asked.

How to ask for a refund

1. Email hello@heysi.dev within 14 days of your purchase date.
2. Include the email address you bought with, and your order number if you have it (it's in your receipt).
3. That's it. You don't need to give a reason, although feedback helps SI get better.

Approved refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy within 5 business days, back to your original payment method. How long it takes to show up depends on your bank or card issuer, and posting times vary. Any sales tax or VAT you paid is refunded along with the price.

After a refund

A refund ends your license. Please delete your copies of the Pack. Apps you already built are still yours.

After 14 days

Refunds after 14 days are at our discretion. If you can't download your files or a file is broken, email us at any time and we'll fix it or refund you.

Fair use

The 14-day refund is meant to make buying risk-free, not to get the Pack for free. If we see repeated buy-and-refund patterns from the same person, we may decline future purchases.

EU/UK customers

This policy gives you at least the same 14-day window as the EU/UK statutory right of withdrawal, whether or not you started downloading. Nothing here limits your statutory rights.

Chargebacks

Please email us before disputing a charge. A refund is faster for you than a chargeback.
